Heading down to Maryland this morning to surprise my grand daughter at her 5th grade graduation ceremony this evening! We don’t get to see her as often as the grand kids who live in Pittsburgh so it will be fun! We’re driving back tomorrow so just a quick trip!

Yesterday’s final day of the Three Rivers Arts Festival ended early due to severe thunderstorms in the area and even a tornado watch! Luckily we were able to tear down pretty quickly and get the truck packed and on our way without any terrible weather hitting us! Overall it was a great show!

Last day of the Three Rivers Arts Festival! Yesterday’s weather was wonderful and the booth was busy up until they turned the power off at 9:15 last night! The festival actually ends at 8:00 PM but there were still a lot of customers in the booth so my daughter didn’t want to kick them out! Today’s weather may be more like Thursday will scattered rain and possible thunderstorms. Tear down will be fun!

Day 3 of the Three Rivers Arts Festival! Yesterday the weather turned out great and the crowd was great! Overall a wonderful day in the neighborhood! 😍

Day 2 of the Three Rivers Arts Festival! A strong storm came through yesterday afternoon down at the Arts Festival! Some vendors who were on the 9th street bridge had their tents actually blow off into the river! Luckily my daughter is on the main boulevard but they still had to hold on for dear life for a little bit! Hopefully today’s weather is better!

Day 1 of the final weekend of the Three Rivers Arts Festival where my daughter has a double booth! The next two days may have some rain but the weekend is supposed to be wonderful weather!

I didn’t get much accomplished at all on my daughter’s Claude Code workflow yesterday due to running around more than I anticipated. Maybe today will be better!

Hoping to work on creating a Claude Code workflow for my daughter’s business to help with marketing and building the business.

Today will not be as hot as yesterday but there could be some thunderstorms popping up here and there! Good day to go to B&N for an iced raspberry chai and blueberry scone!

I thought yesterday was hot but today it’s going to be closer to 90! The A/C will definitely be coming on this afternoon!

One of the next things I’d like to explore is finding a way to connect my Claude Code research workflow with Feedland. Until Dave Winer releases an API for Feedland my only path will probably be installing it locally. I’m going to see if Claude Code can help me do that on my MacBook. What would be really interesting is creating a cli that Claude could use with Feedland.

The more I work with Claude Code in the terminal (not using it for coding per se) the more my mind is seeing new ways for research and my workflows in general. Karpathy’s LLM Wiki concept started me down this path and then I came across Teresa Torres and her writings which expanded my thinking even further. My concept of work is rapidly changing!

Over the next few days the weather will feel like summer with the temps in the mid to upper 80s! Might have to turn on the AC!

Have to do some work down at my daughter’s studio this morning and then I will be back working on building my crontab python script that will maintain the database under the hood.

Had a wonderful afternoon yesterday biking and checking out the chalk fest! The artists were extremely talented!

Rabitt, rabbit, rabbit!

We’re going on a bike ride downtown on this gorgeous Sunday morning! We`re biking from my daughter’s place by Station Square over to the Riverlife Chalk Fest on the North Shore to see the amazing chalk art!

Bright and sunny morning! Got some running around to do and then going to our grandson’s soccer game at 5:30!

It’s going to be a beautiful and sunny next couple of days with low humidity and temps in the low to mid 70s! My kind of weather!
